Fortune has its “Most Powerful Women” list and the Financial Times celebrates its OUTstanding leaders - it all seems pretty clear that inclusive leadership is the way to go. But is the workplace a level playing field and why are diverse team a receipt for success? For the first time, The British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, The Dutch Business Round Table and University of St. Gallen have joined forces to explore the topic of inclusive leadership with an inspiring and diverse panel.
The key question is how do we lead in a world where the ground is constantly shifting beneath our feet and all the rules are changing as we play the game? Why do teams, more than ever, need to reflect today’s diversity in customers, markets, ideas, and talent in order to thrive? What is standing in our way, and more importantly, what can we do as leaders to transform ourselves and the business?
Join us at FIFA Museum on 30 January from 6pm onwards for an interactive debate and get a free ticket to visit the Museum at a time of your choosing. Are you ready to kick off the game about inclusive leadership?
Please note the tour takes approximately 2 hours, so will not be possible during the event.
